Givenchy Play

Givenchy new scent play is a beautiful mellow scent. The packaging is creative and adorable. The female Play is available in two editions: Play For Her, the lighter version, and the stronger, more aggressive Play Intense For Her. I favor the lighter version.
The notes :Top notes include pink peppercorn and orange blossom, followed by the heart of amyris wood, Tiare flower and orchid, wrapped with the base of sandalwood, patchouli, Tonka bean and benzoin.
I am not a big fan of floral scents, however this fragrance is very pleasant, it is one to definitely go out and try.

PURE DNKY

Being the DNKY Fan that I am I had to try this new fabulous scent. I loved the fact that the scent is light and smooth, with notes of vanilla and white amber base it is a top pick. I have experienced several new scents of this season and so far this fragrance stand out as one of the best. If you are a DNKY fan like myself I advise you to check this one out.

Korto Momolu Line at Dillards

My Eyes were glued to the TV set watching Project Runway season 5 on BRAVO. Each week curios to see what the designers were going to create for each new challenge. Designer Korto Momolu one of the the finalist of that season and had her fashion line debut during New Yorks fashion week. Korto now has an accessory line at Dillard's which includes beautiful exotic hand bags and jewelry.

This new scent is decribed as "blended voluptuous berries,tempting blooms,sensual incense and night musk for this daring and seductive fragrance. It is a modern tale of forbidden love that will unleash your most primal passions."

Milani Lip Flash Pencil Review

Milian introduced the full coverage shimmer gloss pencils. These pencils are amazing. I love the colors and the application. I have purchased 4 of the lip pencils and I have enjoyed them. The are quick and easy. I love the packaging unlike regular lipstick you can look at it and easily know what color it is. I think of this more like a buildable lip gloss. I dont quite understand why Miliani did not do a lot of promotions for this product it really deserves more attention. It transitions easliy from the summer to the fall...I can see the Lip Flash and the Star Flash applied along with a smokey eye. The News Flash would look terrific in the fall. I say pick up several colors I am sure you could put them to use.

The New Nars 2010 Collection

The NARS 2010 Collection is wonderful...I had to see each color in person for myself. NARS

Douceur Blush - very nice pink brown color blush. Although the color is cute beware my darker skin sitters it can come off a litte ashy on us.

Daphne Single Eyeshadow - Beautiful Purple color named after Daphne Guinness.. thought the color was beautiful but it is going to take some work to get the color payoff you may be looking for.

Mangrove Single Eyeshadow - A Wonderful bright color for the fall, a dull yellow color that brightens the eye, so much you could do with this color.

Coconuct Grove Single Eyeshadow - A dark brown to die for. I could not find one brown in Sephora that could stand up to this brown, it is a must have...NARS this is a keeper.

Rouge Basque Lipstick - a beautiful red lipstick for all colors, not too bright and not too dark.

Strawberry Fields - A nice pink gloss for those who love Nars Gloss. Dont think its a must have.

Palladium Soft Touch Shadow Pencil - I am on the fence with this one... the color is beautiful however you can pass there are so many products out this color if you just dont love it I dont see a reason to spend 24 us dollars for it.

Tzarine Dou Eyeshadow and Rajasthan Duo Eyeshadow - they both are nice pallets nothing extra special about them for darkskin more of a highlighligh, crease color for dark chocolate girls.

Wet N Wild Color Icon eyeshadow

Wet N Wild has introduction the new color icon eyeshadow pallette. This pallette comes with six beautiful colors and two applicators a sponge tip and a small brush. Both the sponge and the brush are not of much help because they are small...but wow the color payoff is GREAT!! I did use a base before I applied the color and I do have oily lids. The colors were hightly pigmented. It comes with 6 colors and they offer 4 different palletes. I love this pallette and plan to buy more in the future.

Overall - This was a good drugstore brand with lots of pigment, however even with primer and shadesticks applied under the shadow it did fade before the end of a work day.
